Our History 50 years
February 1975—Faith Baptist Church formed and held our first service in the home of Sammy McLamb
March 1975—Outgrew the ‘home church’ and moved to the Butler Building at Knobbs Creek
February 1976—More growth and moved to a building on East Fearing Street
March 1976 – Moved to a building on Maple Street
October 31, 1977 —Moved to Oak Stump Road (present location)
1985 —Parsonage was built
1989 —New auditorium was added
2002 —New fellowship hall was added
2009—Ball field built
2024—Fenced Playground built
2025 — February 23 – Celebrating 50 years in Elizabeth City
